Illinois Tool Works Inc. to Acquire Click Commerce, Inc. (The Auto Channel)
GLENVIEW, Ill., Sept. 5 -- Illinois Tool Works Inc. today said that it had reached an agreement to make a cash tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Click Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supply chain management solutions for a variety of worldwide industries.
