Twenty-three local 4-H members take part in Illinois State Fair (Olney Daily Mail)

Twenty-three 4-H members from Richland County sent exhibits of their projects to be judged at this year's Illinois State Fair in Springfield. Everyone exhibiting receives an Award of Excellence. For those with outstanding displays, a Superior ribbon is awarded in addition to the AE.
