Owens-Illinois Changes Name to O-I (Associated Press via Yahoo! Finance)

Owens-Illinois Inc., the world's largest glass container maker, said Tuesday that it has changed its name to O-I. The company, which makes bottles for beer, soda, wine and other drinks, said the name change will cover all of its 22 subsidiaries worldwide, including AVIR S.p.A. in Italy, United Glass Limited in Britain, ACI Packaging Services Pty.
